Before beginning my private consultancy business in 1998, I worked as a network administrator, help desk analyst, technical trainer, telephone system administrator, and desktop support administrator for a number of organizations, including Coopers & Lybrand, (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers,) a nationwide law firm, a retail computer store, two start-up software companies, the California State Parks Foundation, and Electronic Data Systems.
